The Flagstaff City Council will meet tomorrow, May 9 at 3 p.m. to discuss a proposed short-term rental ordinance. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide public comment.
Flagstaff STR Ordinance Timeline:
- Staff presents draft ordinance – May 9
- 1st reading of ordinance – June 20
- 2nd reading and adoption of ordinance – July 3
- Ordinance goes into effect – Fall 2023 (Goal of Sept. 1)
