Summer Series Session 1: What a Great Time!

Representatives from Airbnb and the Common Sense Institute presented a wealth of information about the short-term rental market in Arizona to a packed house at AZRT’s first Summer Series. Participants learned the truth about STRs and their role in the housing market and economy in Arizona. Attendees also networked with fellow attendees while enjoying tacos and beverages provided by CanMonkey.

AZRT Summer Education Series: The STR Forecast – July 9
Join us for Part 2 of an exciting three-part Summer Education Series hosted by AZRT and generously sponsored by CanMonkey in Tempe! This in-person series is designed for Arizona short-term rental hosts, managers, and community members who want to stay informed, bust some myths, and peek into the future of STRs across the state. Our second event kicks off on Wednesday, July 9, at CanMonkey HQ at 5:30 PM.

Flagstaff Area Economy Benefits from STRs

In early May, the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS presented the results of an Economic Impact Study on Short Term Rentals (STRs) in Yavapai County. The study found that STRS contribute greatly to Yavapai County by providing jobs and generating other economic outcomes. The money generated by STRs can help provide affordable housing.
ASU Professor Gives His Opinion on STRs in European Tourism
